The Backyard Lifeguard provides professional lifeguard services for private pools and events. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all participants.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and services.
• Account Creation: To book our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our Site or services.

• Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Site.

• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be refunded.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

• No Guarantees: While we strive to provide the highest level of safety and service, we cannot guarantee that all accidents or incidents will be prevented.
• Disclaimer: In the unlikely event of a drowning or other injury, The Backyard Lifeguard and its employees are not responsible or liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of life, injury, or property damage. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Backyard Lifeguard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Site and services.

Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Backyard Lifeguard operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
